Hello, my name is Kathleen Clark, and I am the owner of The Lil' Art Shop. I have my master's in art education from the University of Akron and opened The Lil' Art Shop in 2007 to fulfill my passion for teaching art to children. The Lil' Art Shop is a fantastic place for children to channel their inner artists by exploring different art techniques and creating beautiful art pieces. With the help of myself and my trained art teachers, our mission at The Lil' Art Shop is to develop each child's passion for art with a broadened knowledge of technique and emphasize creativity. BEGINNER AND ADVANCED DRAWING CLASSES STARTING IN SEPTEMBER AND CONTINUING THROUGH MAY.
June 1, 2023
Beginner Drawing Classes for ages 4 - 13 years. Kids will be learning to draw animals, landscapes, and cute seasonal scenes using colored pencil, marker, oil pastel, and watercolor. Advanced students will be learning to draw in a more realistic Style developing skills in shading, texture, dimension, and page composition. We hold our classes beginning in September and continuing throughout the year ending in May. Call or message to register your child.
ADULT PAINT NIGHTS!
June 2, 2023
We are now starting Adult Paint Night Classes! On Saturday evenings from 7 pm - 9 pm. We will be guiding participants step by step through a chosen project using acrylic on canvas and watercolor. Classes are $35 and include all materials. Registration can be made online. Check our monthly schedule for the featured project and dates.
SUMMER ART CAMPS

We are excited to begin our 14th year of our amazing Summer Art Camps for kids. They begin on June 13th and run through August 14th. Kids will be painting and drawing and making sculptures while having lots and lots of fun! Camps are Tuesday through Friday and offer a different theme and medium each week. Ages for camps are 4 - 13 years. Cost is $75 for two days per week or $125 for all 4 days. Check our schedule for our themes and dates. You can also call 330-990-5018 for any additional information.

My Lil’ Artist Kits are an excellent way to engage your child with creativity, art mediums, and fun! The kits provide you and your child with everything needed to create a unique piece of artwork while developing fine motor skills and painting and drawing techniques. Or have them invite a friend or two over for a particular afternoon of painting, creating, and having fun!

SUMMER ART CAMPS
Kids will be painting, drawing, and creating spectacular things with us at The Lil' Art Shop!
Each camp offers a specific Art medium and follows a fun theme that the kids will love. You can choose which camps your child(ren) wants to attend and the particular days out of the 4-day camps.June 13 - 16. Drawing and Painting Sea Creatures.June 20 - 23 Tie Dye Painting & Drawing Dragons and Magical Creatures.July 11 - 14 Ceramic Painting.July 18 - 21 Pen & Watercolor Cartooning and Sculpting Disney Characters.July 25 - 28 Painting Night Skies & Sunsets.August 1 - 4 Sculpting Clay Animals.August 8 - 11 Painting Boss Ross Landscapes (ages 9 - 13 yrs.) Painting Outer Space and Astro-animals (ages 5 - 8 yrs.)A Mid-morning snack is provided with all materials. Ages are 5-13 years old.
SATURDAY CANVAS & CRAFTÂ EVENTS
New fun themed canvas painting and unique 3-D projects are taught every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.

Children can spend their Saturday painting a fun themed canvas! (Please contact for more information as we can be flexible with dates and times!)

DRAWING CLASSES
Classes where kids develop their drawing skills through fun and imaginative lessons!
​Drawing classes using markers, watercolor, and colored pencils.
Kids will learn the fundamentals of drawing using colored pencils, markers, and watercolor. BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Fun and creative birthday parties for your child and their friends! Canvas Painting and Ceramic Art.
Kids can have a fun birthday party creating art with their friends and family at The Lil' Art Shop. The birthday artist will choose whatever theme they want to paint, such as; sports, animals, sunsets, and rainbows. Our fun staff teachers provide instruction and help for the guests during the painting session when needed. We have an additional party room where the family can bring a birthday cake, food, and presents! Please contact us for more information; we can be flexible with dates and times!
The cost is $30 per person.
PARENT AND CHILD PAINTING EVENTS
Parent and Child paint on canvas together (snack and drink provided)
Parents can be creative and bond with their child as they paint on canvas together. Both mom and dad (or any family member) can accompany their child and paint with them. Parent and child both get their own canvas. (Please contact for more information as we can be flexible with dates and times!)

PRESCHOOL/PRE-K ART CLASSES
Exciting News!
Preschool/Pre-K art classes are a new addition to The Lil' Art Shop. We have just completed renovations at our studio to provide a wonderfully creative and artistic space perfect for little ones to explore and have fun! Classes are starting in June. Call or message us for more details.
